All Sales Are Final

All book sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to personal preference or order error.

Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, 917 Book Publishing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by USPS or any third-party shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, please contact USPS directly to file a claim using your tracking number.

We encourage customers to verify all shipping information before completing their purchase to ensure successful delivery.

Please note that minor printing variations, formatting inconsistencies, or typographical errors may occur. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement or refund.

Each edition is reviewed for clarity and accuracy, but due to the educational and reference nature of this guide, small imperfections may be present without affecting the overall quality or usability of the material.

💳 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued if:

• The customer was charged in error (duplicate transaction), or
• The order was canceled before shipping confirmation.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
